Remember this is your journey and grief have no timeline. Every day is a new day and something you must be your own superhero just to get out of bed. You must accept this new normal to begin the healing process. Don’t get distracted, stay in the moment to find your healing. If you must scream, cry, or get on your knees then do it. Be still and allow God to work!!!! I want to inspire and encourage you. I want you to know that you can make it, even when you can’t see past the pain. Your spouse would want you to have peace and find happiness through the storm. Your spouse would want you to live and continue striving being the best you can be even throughout their absence. In time you will see the clouds disappear and beauty of the rainbow again.
The grief and pain of losing your spouse will always be a part of your journey, but as time moves on it won't always seem as unbearable to push forward. This book will allow you to remember your spouse laugh and think of some positive moments that perhaps you haven’t thought of in a while, which will hopefully being many smiles. Some days are much easier than others we may find ourselves crying and sometimes still asking why, but we can be assured and know the Father our God is with us. I leave you with this scripture: Isaiah 41:10 NIV -10 So do not fear, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
